Birdie Wreaths & Paper Stars

Last year we took part in Project Feeder Watch this year we decided to make a wreath for the birds to eat some last year we made pine cones. We used peanut butter and smothered the wreath with bird seed. We sometimes get to four birds using the wreath at the same time which is very interesting to see.

The children had found an abandoned bee hive this fall and we decided to attach some of the honey combs to the acorn caps we collected.
